About Us
Bramble Wood Acres is a small family farm located in the Heart of Iowa, south west of Indianola, or about 20 miles south of Des Moines, IA. We create our artisan skin care products using the ingredients that our well loved Alpine milk goats and honey bees provide. Our family is passionate about helping you keep your skin soft and healthy by using the best natural ingredients that we can find.

How We Got Started
About 19 years ago, I, Annissa, had a health crisis. (I like to think of it as an awakening.) As I began researching a natural cure for my issues, I also discovered how overly processed and potentially hazardous the products that we were using everyday were. I was completely astounded! In 2013, we moved to the farm that you know as Bramble Wood Acres and our 2 daughters wanted to show Alpine milking goats for 4H. I immediately began making new personal care products, using some of the wonderful goat milk from Glady and Arowen, our first goat girls, as part of the natural life style changes we had been implementing. Those around us loved the goat milk soap that I was making and gifting to them. Eventually, we decided to make our goat milk soaps and some of the other products available to you through this web page and local partner stores and shows. We sincerely hope you will appreciate our products.
